Hon. Samuel Onunga Atandi, CBS is a Kenyan banker, economist, and politician serving as the Member of Parliament for Alego Usonga Constituency in Siaya County. He is a member of the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) and has represented Alego Usonga since 2017, having been re-elected in 2022. He currently serves as the Chairperson of the National Assembly's Budget and Appropriations Committee, one of the House's most influential oversight committees
