Paul Otiende Amollo

Dr. Paul Otiende Amollo is a Kenyan Senior Counsel (Senior Advocate of Kenya), constitutional lawyer, and politician serving as the Member of Parliament for Rarieda Constituency in Siaya County. He was first elected in 2017 and re-elected in 2022 on the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) ticket. Before joining Parliament, he played a key role in Kenya's constitutional and governance reforms.
