Dr. Ochilo George Mbogo Ayacko

Dr. Ochilo George Mbogo Ayacko is a Kenyan lawyer, public administrator, and politician serving as the Governor of Migori County since 2022. An Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, he has held several senior leadership positions, including Member of Parliament for Rongo, Cabinet Minister for Energy, Cabinet Minister for Gender, Sports and Culture, Senator for Migori County, and Chief Executive Officer of the Kenya Nuclear Electricity Board. He holds a PhD in Leadership and Change Management from USIU-Africa and has specialized expertise in constitutional law, governance, public administration, and nuclear law. As Governor, he has prioritized healthcare, agriculture, infrastructure, education, and inclusive economic development across Migori County.
