David Gikaria

David Gikaria is a prominent Kenyan politician currently serving his third consecutive term as the Member of Parliament (MP) for Nakuru Town East Constituency under the United Democratic Alliance (UDA) party. Born in 1963, his political career began in local governance, where he served as a councillor for the Lake View Ward and later as the Mayor of Nakuru Town from 2008 to 2010. In the National Assembly, he chairs the influential Departmental Committee on Energy and is widely recognized for his highly combative, hands-on political style and strong grassroots connection with youth and women.
